Wheelmax Buy-For-Me Service Return Policy

At Wheelmax, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient car buying experience through our Buy-For-Me Service. Our return policy is designed to protect both the buyer and the seller, ensuring transparency and satisfaction. Please read the policy below to understand the conditions under which returns are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Vehicles: If the vehicle delivered through our Buy-For-Me service has significant defects or damages that were not disclosed prior to purchase, you may be eligible for a return. This does not include minor cosmetic issues, wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse after delivery.
  • Incorrect Vehicle Delivered: If the vehicle delivered does not match the specifications or description provided at the time of purchase (e.g., wrong make, model, year, trim, etc.), you are entitled to request a return.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the vehicle purchase, returns are not permitted unless specified in the seller"s return policy. However, we offer a cooling-off period of 24 hours after receiving the vehicle to reconsider your purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Wheelmax Support: Reach out to our customer service team at info@wheelmax.ng or +234 813 952 1485 within 7 days of receiving the vehicle. Provide the following details:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos of any damage or discrepancies (if applicable)
  2. Inspection of the Vehicle: Once we receive your return request, our team will arrange an inspection of the vehicle, either in person or virtually (via video). The inspection will determine if the vehicle qualifies for return based on the conditions outlined above.
  3. Return Authorization: If the return is approved, Wheelmax will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This must be included in the return shipment or returned vehicle.
  4. Return and Refund Processing:
    • Vehicle Pickup: If your return request is approved, Wheelmax will coordinate the pickup of the vehicle from your location.
    • Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned vehicle, Wheelmax will process your refund within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered...

In case of any disputes regarding returns, both the buyer and Wheelmax agree to resolve the issue in good faith through mediation or other conflict resolution methods. Should a resolution not be reached, both parties may resort to legal proceedings as per the laws applicable in the jurisdiction.

Wheelmax reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and apply to purchases made after the date of such changes.
